Definitions and Interpretation

Members are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on their account. This responsibility includes:

• Reporting to the 916kiss support team immediately if there is any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on the account.
• Updating personal information whenever any changes occur, particularly the mobile phone number and email address used for verification.

916kiss will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a member's failure to protect their own account credentials.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorised access, subject to a thorough internal investigation.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 916kiss platform are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour after the request is approved.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC and ETH.

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For transactions using cryptocurrency, the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed will apply.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet used for the deposit. 916kiss reserves the right to delay withdrawals for identity verification and anti-money laundering purposes.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Additional bonus terms:

• Each member is only eligible to claim each type of promotion once, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirement.
• 916kiss reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting to meet the wagering requirement, may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

VIP Membership Programme

916kiss offers a VIP programme with five reward tiers to recognise member loyalty. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP tier progression depends on a member's activity and loyalty on the platform. 916kiss reserves the right to review and update the VIP programme structure from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to members through the platform's official communication channels.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 916kiss platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, card games and fishing games — must be played in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers and the platform's guidelines.

The following are strictly prohibited when using the platform:

• Use of automated software (bots) or any scripts to play or place bets.
